  2. Gratitude is your secret weapon. Even in the darkest moments, there are patches of light. Maybe it's a hot shower, a friend who checks in, or your favourite coffee. Start spotting the small things—and write them down. Daily.

  3. Affirm with intention. Skip the clichés. Say what’s real: “I have survived worse.” “I am capable of rebuilding.” “I choose to believe in a better future.”


Here’s the wildest part: When I hit my own rock bottom, I found my purpose and wrote the book. At my lowest point, life handed me one of my greatest gifts. The universe is funny like that—but you’ve got to stay open to the good, even when the bad is louder.
